SW Port St Lucie also sometimes known as the Crosstown, Gatlin, Becker area for the major East-West roads that run through it, is located in SW Port St Lucie just East of 1-95.  

Located in Port St Lucie on the South East Coast of Florida in St Lucie County.  It is about 30 Min to the beaches. 45 Min to Palm Beach Airport, 90 Min to Fort Lauderdale, 2 Hours to Orlando. 

SW Port St Lucie is an area that is especially popular as a “Bedroom community” due to its easy accessibility to I-95 and the Turnpike for people that don’t want the high prices, traffic and congestion of our southern neighboring counties of Broward and Palm Beach but have the high paying jobs those counties offer.  Most homes in SW Port St Lucie are not in HOA’s. There is shopping along Gatlin and easy access to Tradition which is a planned HOA community just West of I-95 that offers a lot of events, restaurants and shopping.
