River Park is located in St Lucie County, on the South East Coast of Florida. East of the St Lucie River, West of US1 about 20 min from the beaches, 1 hour to Palm Beach Airport, 2 hours to Fort Lauderdale, 2 hours to Orlando. River Park was one of the Original Development areas in Port St Lucie by the General Development Corp.What many people don't know is that actually is not Part of the City of Port St Lucie and is desirable with buyers because of County Only Taxes. There are no HOA's in River Park and Many of the streets have homes on the water located on fingers of the St Lucie River. The homes are dated back to the 50's and 60's and have weathered many hurricanes.

SW Port St Lucie also sometimes known as the Crosstown, Gatlin, Becker area for the major East-West roads that run through it, is located in SW Port St Lucie just East of 1-95. Located in Port St Lucie on the South East Coast of Florida in St Lucie County. It is about 30 Min to the beaches. 45 Min to Palm Beach Airport, 90 Min to Fort Lauderdale, 2 Hours to Orlando. SW Port St Lucie is an area that is especially popular as a "Bedroom community" due to its easy accessibility to I-95 and the Turnpike for people that don't want the high prices, traffic and congestion of our southern neighboring counties of Broward and Palm Beach but have the high paying jobs those counties offer. Most homes in SW Port St Lucie are not in HOA's. There is shopping along Gatlin and easy access to Tradition which is a planned HOA community just West of I-95 that offers a lot of events, restaurants and shopping.

EastPort is Primarily located East of the St Lucie River and West of the Indian River Lagoon. It is located in Port St Lucie on the South East Coast of Florida. 15 Min from the Beaches, 1 hour to Palm Beach Airport, 2 Hours to Fort Lauderdale, 2 1/2 hours to Orlando. Eastport has easy access to the St Lucie River, Indian River Lagoon and is the closest area in Port St Lucie to the Bridges that cross the Lagoon to get to the Atlantic Ocean Beaches on Hutchinson Island. It has US-1 Running through it and along US-1 you have a lot of options for Shopping and restaurants. The area's Treasure Coast Mall is about 15 Min away. The City of Port St Lucie's Mid Florida Bank Civic Center is located in Eastport where a lot of events, fairs and festivals are taking place all the time. The Civic Center has The Florida Sports Hall of Fame, an Art Exhibit and Convention and Event Center as well as having an indoor athletic and sports facility. The City Youth Summer Camp is held here as well.

Northport is East of the Turnpike, West of the St Lucie River, North of Crosstown and South of Midway Road in Port St Lucie on the South East Coast of Florida. Northport is about 20-30 min from the beaches. 60 min from the Palm Beach Airport, 2 hrs from Fort Lauderdale, 2 Hours from Orlando. Northport is comprised of primarily homes with NO HOA's There are a few HOA communities. A couple of the more popular HOA Communities are St James Golf Club Community and River Place. Nature, boating and the environment are what Northport is known for. There are many streets with homes on canals that connect to the St Lucie River or are directly on the River itself. You can also enjoy the river from River Park Marina. You can take a riverboat cruise, launch your boat (no charge), rent a canoe or fish from the dock as well as enjoy the nature trail, playgrounds, bathrooms and pavilions. Also located in NorthPort is the Oxbow Eco Center with miles of natural trails and boardwalks, as well as a Kayak launch. The Oxbow holds many educational events and workshops, and a big Earth Day Event every year.

SouthPort is located in Port St Lucie, in St Lucie County on the South East Coast of Florida. It is about 30 min from the beaches. 60 min from the Palm Beach Airport, 2 hrs from Fort Lauderdale, 2 Hours from Orlando. Southport is South of Crosstown, North of Becker, East of the Turnpike and West of the St Lucie River. The homes in SouthPort are a mix of non HOA and HOA communities. Some of the highest priced homes in Port St Lucie are located in these communities which include Vikings Lookout, Bay St Lucie, and South River Shores which all feature riverfront homes as well as the Tesoro Club Golf Community. Tradition is a Planned Community with A Master Association and Sub Associations for the HOA in each neighborhood. Currently there are 14 Sub Associations. Tradition is located just west of I-95 in St Lucie County on the South East Coast of Florida about 45 Min North of the Palm Beach Airport. 90 min to Fort Lauderdale, 2 Hours to Orlando. It takes about 30 min to get to the beach from Tradition. There is a Recently built Cleveland Clinic Hospital, Also a Newly completed State Veterans Nursing Home. There are lots of Shopping and Dining options, and Highly Rated Schools. There are regular events being held in and around the Tradition Town Square including but not limited to, Food Truck nights, Concerts, Farmers Markets, & Holiday Celebrations. Tradition is known for its events and shopping and draws people from neighboring areas. Tradition Community Association is the Master Association for all of Tradition.Property owners in Tradition are Members of this Association, along with being Members of their individual neighborhood homeowners associations.The Master Association is responsible for the operations and maintenance of various common areas throughout the Community, including the Tradition Dog Park and Tradition Town Square. The Master Association collects monthly assessments to cover these costs.
